The Overkill Room
Ascend the double sweeping staircases to the second level and discover the newly remodeled Overkill Room flooded with natural light and a sparkling view of the Marina Harbor waterfront. Evening events offer a stunning vantage of the harbor lights outside, while the elegant glow of candlelight abounds indoors. Perfect for Corporate events, wedding parties, banquets, proms, Bar Mitzvah's, birthday and retirement parties, the space features a full bar, a dance floor, Concert stage with sounds and Lighting and banquet seating for up to 200 guests. Fitted with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment and a 102″ drop-down screen, the Overkill Room is the perfect destination for corporate affairs, seminars and conferences. Our trusted vendors and experienced Special Events staff can provide photography, florist services, staging, custom cakes and any event accommodation required to customize and personalize your unique event. With flexible banquet or circular-style seating arrangements, ample circulation and superior staff table service, you can feel confident that your event will be a brag-worthy experience your guests won't soon forget.

Killer Yacht Club
Killer Yacht Club is our speakeasy that lives just behind a wall of wine racks with a SECRET hidden door and is truly our location's hidden gem. Opened in 2019, this venue has large, plush booths and oversized Timothy Oulton chesterfield leather sofas, making every table VIP. The state-of-the-art sound system and our rock star-worthy acoustics have attracted drop-ins and jam sessions with artists from bands like Pink Floyd, Jane's Addiction, Steely Dan and private parties for bands such as Rush. This intimate venue holds up to 99 guests and is perfect for private events, date nights and after-dinner cocktails with friends. We have live music Wednesday through Saturday.

With indoor dining and a waterfront patio, Killer Cafe offers a bright, welcoming atmosphere just steps from the marina.
